04 Track time and costs

Your crew's hours and your bills land on the job

  • Phone clock links for your crewEach worker gets a personal link that opens in their phone's browser, with an optional PIN. Or clock people in yourself from the office.
  • Check-in photo, location and jobsite radiusPunches show On site or Off site for you to review. A weak signal or a skipped photo still clocks the worker in.
  • Overtime, then job costDaily and weekly overtime rules split the hours. When you post, labor is costed at base plus fringe under the right cost code.
  • Certified payroll (WH-347)Wage determinations price prevailing-wage hours, and each week's WH-347 builds from posted time, ready to download as a PDF.

05 Bill and get paid

Bill the way your customer expects

  • Invoices, draft to paidBuild an invoice, email it to your customer from PAC, and follow it from Draft to Sent, Partial and Paid.
  • G702/G703 pay applicationsProgress billing against your schedule of values, with a PDF of both forms. Approving one creates the invoice.
  • Retainage, both waysTracked on your invoices and on your subs' bills until the end of the job.
  • PaymentsRecord each customer payment with its method and reference number.
